Low Carb Breakfast Suggestions

Too many bones for me. Can you get boneless ones?

To be fair. I'm always a little wary of the larger fish bones. Though I do love fish. I'm a massive fan of monkfish. Love white bait too?

Regarding kippers. I've personally never had issue with the bones. Finding them easily digestible if consumed.

If you chew your food properly you will not have problems with bones, fish or whatever bones.

If you shovel food into your mouth, give it a swift chew or three, your gunna get a bone in the throat.

When I said tuna or carb, I meant tuna or crab.
Of all the flipping spelling mistakes to make!!

With regards to pull out the spine & mindful of any left behind. ;)
A quality bit of "surf" should have the respect it deserves. :)

We used to keep the backbones and wings when we filleted fish, they are great cooked up crispy on a barbeque. The pinbones are the mongrels people swallow, you check for them and cut them out before cooking.

I have not been surfing out at Moore Park Beach for a number of years, getting to old for that nowadays.

Hi everyone I’m looking for some lower carb breakfast suggestions I usually eat two slices of toast but I’m not to happy with my BGs afterwards I’m also a picky eater I hate eggs so no suggestions with eggs please :)

ground flaxseed and sunflower seeds which you will need to grind in a grinder. Take 3 tablespoon of flaxseed and 2 tablespoon of sunflower and semi skinned milk. It keeps my bg level low compared to toast or cereals

Suggestion for Breakfast,

How about

  • half grapefruit no added sugar
  • Scrambled eggs Mexican style with small chili and basil cooked in small amount butter
  • Keto seed crackers
  • Green Tea or Black coffee no sugar or milk whatever you prefer
or

  • Keto Med bread made with coconut flour and black pepper corns
  • On top quarter avocado and two cherry toms
or

  • Natural Greek yogurt lowest sugar content you can find
  • 3 raspberries or 3 small strawberries
  • Flax, Sunflower Seeds, Seasami, Chia, and Pumpkins seeds on top
Happy Breakie eating..

I've gone back to Chia seeds, coffee, crunchy peanut butter, ground linseed and a sprinkling of raspberries...
Really fine.

With Simvastatin, grapefruit is a no, no. Just as well I hate it.

The past couple of days I have had chicken salad for breakfast.

I have to gear up for brussels sprouts, can't face them early in the day. :)
