Latest Hba1c Results. One Year On...

Just received a call from my GP this morning.

HBA1c has dropped to 37 (5.5).

Another kick in the bum to Diabetes and the fight continues.

That is a brilliant achievement especially when you (I think) are on a less extreme low carb diet???

I’m a moderate carber but I play high level tennis everyday. Thank you!

Wonderful i was hoping for your outcome. Mine was...... a little disappointing but, but i will do better in the future i hope...:hilarious: But @Newt I am so thankful for:) you and good luck.
