What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi all not feeling to great today blood sugar this morning was 5.0 I was meant to be going to New Look with my mum but my chest has been playing up so mum took my gift card and sent me some pics of jumpers on WhatsApp as I’m going to Newcastle tommorow for a check up the actual check up isn’t until Tuesday but we need to be at the hospital for 9.00 so it’s easier to go overnight

It peed down Cumberland but I enjoyed the walk...no one else in the park...I didn't have to comb my hair (just pretend it got messed up in the rain)...and it's a great time to think & put things in perspective...hope you have a better night tonight.
