What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

5am
Fbg 7.9

Not sure but think that is lowest ever dawn reading for fbg

Yesterday my bg readings were 6.8 an hour after lunch and 6.5 at 8pm

Never had 2 consecutive readings in the day in the 6’s before

Going to meditate now...

Morning All. 5.7 at this earlier than usual time but glad its a 5.
Another sunny day ahead so will make the most of it will find more to do outside rather than in. Have a great Wednesday everyone. Stay well, stay safe.

Up and down like an up and down thing last night, trying to learn the latest cramp dance. Liver extremely annoyed about so many false starts to the day that it finally got in touch with the wheel of wonderment and derision and between them spat forth a 6.1 at about 0645.
Bin day today so best I shuffle outside and tactfully suggest that one of them lines up for the fortnightly emptying and showering ritual.
Thank goodness that there is some weather outside, I shall grab a mug of tea and go and sit in it.
Have a great day if you can, the weather is everywhere today.

Shhh still on stolen internnty access. Go to be quick. Folks.
A 5.5 this morning, a well behaved reading this morning, no belching, breaking wind or scratching it's nether regions.

Start my motorcycle tour properly today, heading for Bram Stokes land for breakfast then following the sat nag down the coast, the directions are simple, keep the sea to the left.
Must go, I hear footstep, the internet access owner is moving around. Have a good one folks.

@alf_Josiah have a great time and take care of yourself without Mrs Alf. I do fear for the natives you encounter unsupervised. Here in FennyMcFenface land it is sunny and eggy. Dawn says she wants my bg to be a phenomenal 5.8 today and her buddy Katy keto wants 0.8. Some organisation called GKI sent me a garbled message - either it has a useful tool or I am a useless tool Glucose Ketone Index (GKI). Guy called Meldrew thinks we may be soul mates. Have a good day diabetes massive I'm driving Julie into Suffolk to see her latest granddaughter - apparently even my elephant gun would not stop her.

It's funny, I love bugs as long as they have fewer than 8 legs or more than 8 legs. I am phobic about the 8-legged ones.
I am not a fan of bugs which can be difficult living in the countryside...however I have a largish spider who has been living in the corner of the front door frame...s/he has been there since last autumn and comes out for a wander occasionally ...we co-exist fine as long as I can see where it is...what to do with it when I spring clean & re-paint the woodwork...I may have to paint round it.
