Which of Jason Fung's books would be most useful for my friend who is pre-diabetic and struggling to lose weight?

Only read the one.

So not too much if a recommendation, but I loved the info in the diabetes code.

Read it 3 times so far.. Each time I get a little bit more or of it

If that's of any use

Either would be fine. I’ve only read the obesity code of the two you mention. Very useful for diabetes. Suspect there’s a lot of duplicated material.

I had a chance to listen to The Obesity Code read by the man himself (full version) on YouTube for free.
Don't know if it is still available on that format but worth searching for it.

Thanks Goonergal, I am going to order the diabetes code as jjraak has found it useful.

Good call, hope it helps.
Found the writing style not to technical so helped me get a grip on the processes taking place.

But suspect @Goonergal correct in a lot of material crosses over

Hope it helps.
For me it made s lot more sense of what was happening inside me each time I ate and more importantly knowledge wise..why

Enjoy.

The Diabetes Code is an excellent choice. There's loads of similar info in the Obesity Code, but this one goes into diabetes a lot more... But really, either one would've been helpful. You're a great friend. :)

My new books arrived today, how quick is Amazon? I bought a copy of the Diabetes Code for my friend and a copy of both books for myself. Thanks for all the recommendations.
