That's my idea of heaven - together with Montezuma chocolate. It is not my husbands idea of heaven at all.

I was wondering if maybe you ought to borrow our fire extinguisher and fire blanket when you use it. Husband would be happy to lend them to you as long as I promise not to use the mini blow torch until they are back in the house.

I think your solicitor must have been "on the horn" to the apartment manager in the little town I want to move to, as just now, and just a minute or two after I'd remembered to turn on my phone for the day, he called to say he has an apartment coming available and will mail me the list of paperwork today. FINALLY! :)

... Re teaching your new deli people: of course you are up to the task. Here is a rainbow, for optimism as well as its original and still true promise.

I found a chair earlier this week to replace my current and very cat-scratched-up worn out sofa.
I've just about decided to buy a futon to replace my huge old mattress and box spring -- futons come whole rather than compressed in a box, and I am not paying $1,000 just for something sleep on. To read the mattress ads and reviews anyone would think people were selling and buying luxury cars!
 
@gennepher a well captured cat, a good sitter as you said.

I have been showing my granddaughter how to paint fences, she wanted one like she had seen in Peter Rabbit so here it is under her direction, I drew a line at Nutmeg the squirrel in the trees. A5 watercolour, 25 mins give or take breaks to play vet.
