Good Afternoon,
Fairly new to the forums after being introduced by my wife through this thread help needed as the wife of someone with t2
Everything is still going well and I've not felt this good in years. Since last Thursday when I changed my diet completely I've been getting bacon, eggs and sausage etc from the works canteen. It's been ok but I don't want to be eating the same things daily whilst at work. And there is the expense as well !!!
I'm looking for ideas of food that I could take to work that would keep me on track and healthy.
I do have access to a microwave at work, although I'll probably have to give it a good clean before using it
