K-eto Life Bread

To be honest, I had trouble finishing it! I have 7 left. I think a ham salad sandwich cut in half would be enough for me.
I find the same....it's very light but incredibly filling. I find I snack very little after eating it which is a big plus. You have 7 left ?....I really need to order some but my freezer is heaving with Livlife bread that I had stocked up on....it may be heading to a bin near you some time soon lol....need space for my new find and some rolls :D

I have lost 6.8 pounds since I started using this bread!! It is so filling I don't feel the need to snack anymore. From 9stone 5.8 down to 8 stone 13 in 10 days!! 28 inch waist now too so great results and low blood sugars too....it just gets better and better! I love bread and eat sandwiches more than any other meal as I am on my own and find it hard to get motivated to cook just for one. The nice big slices are easy to make a tasty meal of.

NOT jealous.........much.....cries .......lol...looks yummy and I want one!!! How many calories are in the rolls? Where you buying them from please ?
No idea on calories. They were from ocado, waitrose essentials. 232kcal per burger and 20pc fat.

Rolls 3.3 carbs, normally I only eat half. Link is further up the thread.

There's a YouTube video with almost identical ingredients. Honey rather than syrup (something needs to give the yeast its sugar kick) no flax seeds, and your choice of sweetener (I used Erythritol) but apart from that, identical (though the proportions might not be.)

I gave it a try, but my bread maker's belt decided to give out part way through, even though it had worked fine on a dry run. So I'm not sure it got kneaded properly, and it didn't rise as much as I expected. The result was a bit crumbly, but it tasted like bread. And, in theory at least, the few carbs you do get from the honey or syrup don't translate to net carbs because the yeast consumes them. Indeed the sweeteners are 100% pure carbohydrate, just of a sort that we can't digest, so they're 0 net carbs as far as we're concerned.

30 quid for all of the ingredients, some of which will last about 5 loaves, while others will probably do hundreds. I've finished the first loaf, but I'm still waiting for a replacement belt for my bread maker to arrive before I can make another. I'll be going into production and freezing a few, then.

Win Win for you hooray! - I have now got round to defrosting my fridge freezer so will ordering the supplies soon to try - OMG I am the same weight you were and funnily enough my goal is 8st 13lbs just under the 9st. I can't wait to get this I hope I have the same results!

The results are in

4 bacon rashers and a fried egg

before 4.4
after 5.0

Quite acceptable but not something I'll have all the time maybe a couple of times a month, certainly very filling.

If I have this bread and get to 8st 13lbs it will be truly a miracle for me as I have been trying to lose a few pounds for months now and I am really struggling to get it down this time:banghead:

Thanks for the tip guys! I have bought some to try...

It is a little pricey so I don't think I'll be looking to be adding it as a regular item, but it is nice to have some variety and some toast with butter sounds great :)

Total rip off at those prices.

I make my own. Very easy to do by hand. It's sort of like wholemeal brioche in texture and very good. Excellent sandwiches. 46g carbs per loaf.
