Hi Guys
I’m after some advice and hoping that someone may be able to help.
move been diagnosed as Type 1 for a couple of years now. I am 43.
I have been instructed to change my needles for my insulin pen to a 4mm one. This is shorter than my previous 5mm ones.
this though has coincided with my bloody sugars being significantly higher. My HbA1C (according to Libre) has gone from 58 to 66.
Could this just be a coincidence or could it be that the insulin is not getting into my system enough.
Many thanks in advance for any advice.
