Well, on my recent diabetes course they raised this issue and the answer was YES, just like any other form of physical exercise might. They were talking about libres as well and how they could give the game away!

To answer seriously, speaking from experience as a T1 on insulin, you don't want to get amorous with low blood sugar. Even if you don't go into a full blown hypo low blood sugar is definitely an unhelpful distraction.

I normally find sex raises some things but not my blood sugar hehehe
