I am sure going to give it a whirl. What a waste!![]()
Does that fancy loo do laundry I wonder?
Thank you @Muddy Cyclist - I prefer not to iron and to let the picture stand as it is ( I know that I was taught to iron when I was in the army but nowadays I am not allowed near an iron unless extremely closely supervised by the suspicious). The crinkled effect works so well in the photograph of your art work, adding a sculptured three dimension feel to the landscape. DONT IRON!
Isn’t there a “wine recovery” button somewhere?Another day gone.
A senior team member from work fighting in an ICU near San Francisco thanks to the dreaded Covid; another new car to be sourced following the wreckage of Mrs BRS' Fiat being found abandoned; one daughter getting married in 2022 and the other through most of her final exams in her 5th year at Glasgow Uni Medical School; most of the prep for a crunch meeting when I am allowed out of here done with $xxx, xxx, xxx at stake for 2021 and 2022; I spilled most of a bottle of wine with dinner down a shirt and trousers and managed to nearly slice my backside into bamboo shoot lookalikes with that toilet and all it's weird and wonderful buttons.
It has been A day. Am I allowed a large nightcap?View attachment 48121
Works for me - blisteringly good sky, sea and shore and I like the way that you have painted the buildings - smashingFinished my Aldeburgh Watercolour, wanted more drama but let the paint dry too much to work with.
A4 watercolour...

Its like the one about the Scotsman who fell down with a bottle of whiskey in his pocket and felt liquid running down his leg, and shouted, "Ach, I hope it's blood!"Another day gone.

The joys of exercise.8.20am - 7.9
12pm After work out 5.5 mile exercise bike - 8.8![]()
Yes I can agree with that, not sure why I test afterwards to be honest as I am on such a high mentally after exercise, and I always expect it to be lower. Think I will just go with the mental high and be happy with thatThe joys of exercise.
I have stopped taking mine after Muddy Cycle rides as I always expect lower, so I choose to avoid the disappointment.
I would requisition a plastic apron, it is obviously very unbalancing being on the other side of the Earth!Another day gone.

So sorry that MrsBRS's car is likely a write off. So sad that a person stole it and trashed it knowing that it belonged to someone who worked for the NHS.Thanks D. Just got a WhatsApp saying it's been found, badly damaged and likely a write-off...
Nothing of note in the car at all, so that was a good thing.
Sigh. Insurance will sort I'm sure quickly.
.Morening again all.
Many thanks for all best wishes.
Liver blood tests all fine, no concerns all all, a routine liver ultrasound scan planned, this is routine, it appears that with blood tests they do not need to perform a liver biopsy which involves 6 hours flat on your back and a large supply of urine bottles. More blood tests, again nothing out of the ordinary.
Later on today I shall try and catch up on the posts, and hug about the stolen Fiat.
Take care all.
Of course you have red dragons in your garden - you are Welsh. Although why the red dragons would be guarding a blue dragons egg, I don't know. Perhaps dragons are of a kindlier nature than suspected.Thank you very much @Muddy Cyclist
Oh yes magic in my back garden.
Dragons? I have two red dragons in my back garden....
I think they've gone to sleep for the night. I wouldn't like to disturb them now...I think they are taking care of a blue dragon's egg at the moment. But I will see what I can do for morning.
What a mess. Some people !!!@#$@@#$%#A write-off we think...it's also done in up the back...View attachment 48117
Did you eat the duck feet?Tonight's dinner - I asked for local and no rice. Soup looks like soup. So all good for the westerner eye and digestion.
The mains - egg replaces rice and I have an extra treat of duck feet to entertain me... Daffy or Donald? View attachment 48118
