Getting there when I need to is proving very very difficult... No Virgin, no BA, no city hopper from Bristol to Amsterdam in connections so it's going to be a night at a Heathrow hotel, first flight on Air France to Paris and then Paris to San Francisco. The good news First Class is currently heavily discounted so that is what's on the cards. I think my long suffering assistant is having kittens. Will take Arthur out for a gallop and then collapse in my advancing years on the sofa with a glass of liquid medicine 
and I bought egg whites and 0% Fage before I saw this. Salmon, prawns, chicken are good as well.
