- moved to my Home-State, so happy to be back and have my much-loved 4 Seasons again. Did not like the almost constant, icy winds off the ocean, and lack of shopping options (groceries and other). Did a lot of shopping online and finally gave up on any clothes shopping ;)
I typed this but forgot to hit "post reply" lol! Ok, yes, I agree totally. I mean people make different decisions, some scare me with people I know personally that are T2s as well, but I need to just focus on my own business, and maybe encourage them when I get the opportunity. If this works for me, which it is, that will be atleast an example of what they could do if they chose to.I don't see giving up as an option. The downsides are just so terrible, frequent peeing at the very least, weight gain, neuropathy and blindness, no thank you! Staying on low carb may be difficult but not bad enough for me to want to wander away
The neuropathy thing has started with me, some time ago, I've mentioned before I was never told when I was pre-diabetic but I found it when comparing past, lab results. My cardio told me every issue I have seems to be related to nerves. Feels like that to me
