The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
Does anyone out there know how to make a Baileys type of drink without it spiking my sugar? I thought of Jack Daniels with cream and a dash of vanilla would work but would be willing to take on board any suggestions. Determined to have a drink this Christmas ;)

I never have, but I was sure I'd seen it mentioned on the What have you eaten today thread, and I've found it!

Might be worth asking on that thread how others make it too, or how they have improved existing recipes, I believe there's more than one recipe going around :)
Thanks so much, I am not really a drinker basically tee total but theres a party coming up and thought I would give it a go :)

The two whiskies to avoid in life are Jack Daniels and Bells.
Good for fuelling those model airplanes I would imagine.
You want a cheap whisky?
You can't do better in my opinion than
Highland Black 8 yr old Scotch Whisky

There is a Welsh version called Merlyn which has no added sugar. Maybe you can find or order some.

You should also consider champagne as a very low carb alcoholic drink
