Thankyou for relying, im just coming to terms with it even though i was diagnosed nearly 3yr ago. Typical Man in denial, the Neanderthal in me i guess
there are so many theories about mood changes.
But, through my own experiences and many hundreds of blood tests.
Both men and women do suffer in varying degrees due to hormonal response to situations through the day.
What you eat, what you wear, what time of the month, your stress levels, anxiety and so on.
if your hormonal response is out of kilter, the change in your mood will alter.
So if your blood glucose levels go higher because of insulin resistance, that imbalance will not improve your mood.
There are s o many hormonal responses to just eating, it is a difficult task to diagnose which hormone is causing the mood swings.
Mind you, my footie club, will almost certainly be the reason for my mood swings most Saturdays.
