As a Type 1 (which I realise the OP is not), Carb Killas are not friendly to my BG. I’d echo this. As a diet controlled type 2 they send me into the stratosphere. And they contain maltitol, which in my view is one of the most effective laxatives known to man.As a Type 1 (which I realise the OP is not), Carb Killas are not friendly to my BG. If I only give myself insulin for the carbs my levels keep rising.
I do not know if type 2 would experience the same thing but I would definitely recommend testing before buying a big stash of them.
