I take it you've had the covid test? If it was covid don't push the lungs mate. Let them recover. Stick to resistance type circuits to get some cardio benefit. Don't stress those lungs out.
 
No, just enjoy it. Probably addicted to endorphins and maybe a bit mad.
I think I must be addicted to the endorphins too, I get like a shiver - like someones walked over my grave feeling then I want to push myself further! Anyone else get that kind of feeling, my skin goes all shivery and I run/cycle faster!
