Thursday already & another 5.8 from me.

Bit of a triumph that, as had another cheeky slice of the homemade Christmas pudding with some custard last night. Only a tiny piece (which is why it’s taking so long) and I will save the last piece for when I put a Libre on next week. I want to see the exact effects on blood sugar.

Morning All 7.7 this morning but likely not helped by having Scampi for supper (with broccoli) but I figured because they were all large pieces the ratio of crumb to langoustine was better and it really was delicious but now filed under “occasional treat”. @DEBBIESCOTT I am sorry that cough is still so bad, it must be months now, kudos you always stay so cheerful and in control of BG.
