6.0 at 7:45. A bit stressed as I’ve had my retinopathy test results and it says it shows diabetic maculopathy. They want to see me every 3 months not the usual 12 months. I’m quite upset by this

Morning @MissMuffett. Eyes are so precious. No wonder you're upset, but there are blessings to count. Your diabetic maculopathy has been picked up in the very early stages and you'll be monitored more frequently from here on.

You've turned in a decent FBG reading despite the stress. Take care and look after yourself. Sending virtual hugs.

My blood sugar was 9.2. I am not on medication and watch my diet.

Type 2 and not on medication trying to watch my diet. I have another health condition that requires I eat carbs so it is hard to balance my diet and avoid too many carbs a day. I test before breakfast and eat cereal most days or have scrambled eggs. Milky tea with sweetener. Don’t like using artificial sweetener but can’t stand the tea without!
