What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Type 2 and not on medication trying to watch my diet. I have another health condition that requires I eat carbs so it is hard to balance my diet and avoid too many carbs a day. I test before breakfast and eat cereal most days or have scrambled eggs. Milky tea with sweetener. Don’t like using artificial sweetener but can’t stand the tea without!
Hello @Sharara. Unfortunately, breakfast cereal is mostly carbohydrate, so isn't a good choice for those of us coping with type 2 diabetes. Scrambled eggs, in fact eggs cooked any way you like them, make a much better diabetic-friendly start to the day.

Me neither @Lainie71. At least you know why this morning's FBG reading was above your normal range and you know how to get back on an even keel.
True, I have been looking at the peanuts lovingly since 5pm but I have refrained. I think I need my jaws locked!
