FBG 5.7 first thing on the Libre. Up to 7.4 after my usual Sunday swim but currently down to 4.7 following brunch. Quite happy with that, it all seems to be my normal.

6.1 @ 8:50. Woke at 6 decided this was too early and fell back to sleep, was really surprised when I woke up at 8:45! Poor dogs had their back paws crossed

FBG 5.7 on Libre this morning, and 6.3 on the finger prick, which I did as a control because it was dropping a lot yesterday into the red zone below 3.9. Felt fine, but I wondered if the Libre was reading low. Probably not a great deal in it, so I'll check again randomly. Must have been the exercise plus my carb intake was very low yesterday.

Enjoy the rest of this glorious Monday, nice to see the sun at last even if the temperatures are a bit low.

Tined spud?

Yes from Sainsburys, cracked pepper all over it, splash of olive oil and hey presto. For some reason it doesn't spike! I do eat it last though
