Best guide books and cook books for T2 diabetes please
Welcome to the forum. I eat low carb to control my diabetes and have never bought a cook book. I find that searching on Google prefacing the thing you want to cook with the word ‘keto’ usually finds me a suitable recipe.

For me, The Diabetes Code by Dr. Jason Fung. I still wish I'd started with that one rather than the ones that were rather alarmist and scary. He was very clear, didn't try to scare people like some of his fellow authors tended to do, and well... It pretty much worked. So that gets my vote.

Oh, and for meals, try dietdoctor.com. No need to sign up, loads on there is free.
Good luck!
Jo
