What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All back yesterday from a very healing week in the sun in Estepona. I stayed in the shade but the bumps and bruises have come on great. Wore a Libre and ate unadorned fresh fish of many varieties with salad or pisto and my numbers have been great except for the morning toast and the annual coffee ice cream in Ronda. @RosemaryJackson and @MissMuffett really hope you are both starting to feel better. This morning a 5.7 on Libre which is likely a 6 something.

Morning all. Bedtime 6.2!!! This morning 7.3. I'm happy with that.
Evening @RosemaryJackson. On Friday, you reported feeling really poorly again last week.

It looks as though your FBG readings are heading in the right direction now.
Here's hoping you continue to make a steady recovery.

Just what the doctor ordered @PenguinMum. A change of surroundings is as good as a rest and you can't beat fish and seafoods for sound nutrition; so many contrasting flavours and textures, all good for the brain and what's more all diabetic friendly!
