Morning All back from several days tending a very poorly relative. Decided mot to bring my meter due to stress effect and because sometime spent in a hospital I just ate what I could find. This morning back home 8.4 really wasn’t a big shock. Best wishes to you all.

5.9 today. It’s a very foggy and gloomy day, but that’s good as it helps the forest and grasses….we do not want any fires this year.
nice workout this morning and trip trip later today to Costco for some propane, eggs, almond butter and hopefully some grass fed butter (stock is always iffy). Happy has the back yard torn up as we are putting a sprinkler system in…it’s a muddy mess but will be worth it.
