A very god morning to you all. 5.2 here at 6:35! Yep early for me but lots to do today and already 17° here expected high of 31° Dogs will have a short walk this morning.

8.1 this morning, fully expected due to the heat, carbs and euro fizzy beer. I do show a bit of restraint (sometimes) so in the past it would have been a lot higher, that is my only consolation.

Good morning everyone. I am back from my holiday in Devon and Cornwall and left my meter at home. Mostly I ate carefully, lots of simple fish but I did have a scoop of ice cream more than once! That stops right now! Today FBG is 8.1.

ps no strips in scotland u can get under minor ailments for your regular pharmacist to be able to give you some can you perhaps do the same where your based?

I am going going out to get some fairy liquid lolThis morning was 7.1 again. I decided to try re-wash my hands using fairy liquid instead of perfumed soap. Bloods 6.4. I'm claiming the 6.4 please.

Didn't realise that I haven't posted readings since Monday ! Anyway Tues 7.8 Wed 7.4 Thrus 8.8 Friday 8.1 and this morning 9.4 think heat has affected increase and last 2 reading were from meter ( which is usually a bit higher ) . Trouble with Libre sensor eventually had to reset the app now lost all data but at least its now working .

7.5 this morning and didn't sleep very well due to the heat. 45 minute light work out today with fans blasting in my direction bliss till the sun woke up!

8.4 just now - I've been inactive all day. It's usually below 5 if I'm gardening or walking.
My specialist says I should be between 6 and 9, so, I reckon today is just fine.
Due to a whole string of low readings though (below 5) I'll be reducing my gliclazide by 40mg from tomorrow (specialist's orders).
