I have it on 3 but have to reduce the power as I find it too intense. It does help so hopefully it will prevent further attacks. Dont have them often, but they knock me out when I do for about a week.

libre 4.4 been given gaviscon for stomach and dr has refered me for sigmoidoscopy
i've asked to for late appt to allow travel to get done before would require enema or keep me in the night prior. travelling with enema - no way! no loo's 2.5 hours travel ... not possible.
