Well…hello winter! It’s cold today but the sky is blue. Two days until we leave for Mexico so I’m fine with the Scold, supposed to warm up again after we leave, very strange winter!
7.0 today….sigh
Today was a 30 min bike ride, some abs and a killer yoga class.
Packing the suitcase today

That is quite some difference isn't it .
It is and it’s not consistent. I’ve found the contour next to be the most accurate device I’ve used . I’ve being doing this ten years now and have tried most devices

Recently I’ve swapped to libre plus, which seems to be less consistent. It does save a lot of blood letting though and as I’ve purchased six months worth at a go I’m strapped into the system

This mornings reading at waking was six. It was pretty much a straight line during the night. Another big advantage of using this type of monitor. Currently it’s reading mid sevens .

5.8 this morning. When I saw that daff @OrsonKartt it cheered me up no end. I even went out and checked what was growing in my garden, lots of shoots and buds the only thing flowering was a tiny single orange rose bud struggling to survive in his cold snap.. Probably going to be the end of Feb or even into March before any daffs flower,. It's been another murky, miserable day here in the unsunny and cold North East of England. Got mycthermal insulation on.

Epsom salt baths are good for sleep, I chuck lavender heads in and camomile and I am out for a count and its great for aches and pains. Pukka night time tea knocks me out for when I am having a wobble and cannot sleep!
