Inexplicable 7.4 but my daily results have never been that consistent. Always depends on what time the daily rise starts, today it was a bit earlier, often wonder what influences this.

Good morning everyone, after fasting 8 hours during the day and 8 hours overnight, my fasting blood glucose was 4.27 mmol/L both times. It’s been unusually rainy here in Northern California — wishing you all a wonderful day!

Short skip and a jump from Australia to New Zealand.

The “are you bringing food doggies “ wrongly identified me in the line up. My bags got searched.

Turned out it was interested in the chiller bag containing insulin.

The bag had been in the fridge resting against food . Sensitive noses them doggies.

Once that had been established it wasn’t a problem

This mornings libre reading was six point nine.

Possibly as I’d missed half a nights sleep. Possibly the sausages I’d eaten had rice flour or some such in them?

A disappointing 7.0. I’m doing a total reset as carbs have been creeping. Hubby finally got a diagnosis of his constant pain, polymyalgia…..hopefully the steroids work. Doc said he had quite a severe case. Most recent blood tests show his hyperthyroidism is gone!
Wind has picked up here, cold front moving in.
