What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.1 this morning, a win! Oddly my levels were high all morning while at the gym…high 7’s and 8…extremely unusual. Finally came down a few hours after lunch but now….they're heading back up. No carbs….
I’ll blame the antibiotics but I’m not sure.
I slow walked for 45 minutes as there’s still a bit of of intestinal pain. Then back and chest weights, heavy.
It’s warm today but winter temps are returning next week for a bit.
Planning a trip to the island (Vancouver island) for early May…need to visit friends, our son and family. I hate the trip…the drive through Vancouver is awful and the ferry…..although a lovely view, when you’ve done it a million times it’s just a pain.

Gotta love a five ?!!
"I am successfully managing pre-diabetes by incorporating two 8-hour fasting periods into my daily routine—one during the day and one at night. This schedule is working well for me, and I find it much more sustainable and appropriate for my needs than a full 24-hour fast."

6.3 this morning…and some very wet snow, which is all gone now.
Blood levels still running high…in the sevens, all day. I’m very concerned. Hoping it goes down once I’m done the antibiotics, but I did google the antibiotics and these ones don’t raise blood sugar….
Gym was abs, yoga, and some walking.
