Feeling sore, fell over this afternoon in the garden, tripped over my wide leg trousers! Ended up with a thorn stuck in my head, graze on my eyebrow and battered arms. At least I can laugh at the cctv footage!

7.8 today, did help grandkids out with easter eggs yesterday which was my only wobble from my diet and only a very small one at that. Sadly I am finding that is all it takes to push up the readings and ruin the daily average. However we have to live life despite everything.
