A friend just told me I can eat honey. Friend is not diabetic but has a daughter who is a nurse. I just Googled my question but only got a Google AI "answer." I also searched "honey" here and got nothing. So I thought I would ask real people. So, can we or can't we?

Honey is just liquid sugar, it depends on your dietary choices if you decide to eat it or not. Slathered all over something probably not, i definitely wouldn’t. I do use honey very occasionally but very sparingly. Such as half a teaspoon in a salad dressing that is going to serve 6-8 people

You are right not to trust AI :)
