Nah mate-don't worry-your meter readings,weightloss,cholesterol and HbA1c are telling you that what you are doing is right and your results are amazing and an inspiration to many!:) Don't worry about the nay sayers mate

If it doesn't affect you, it doesn't really matter. If your body isn't seeing the carb, the chemicals won't care what you call them. Polyols are digested differently, so you're if your good with them, eat them. It's about what works for you, not a label.

i can recomed elwinas homemade bounty bars i made them recently and suger free snickers blobs all lovley and easyyyyyyyy to make i keep some in fridge for such sweet attacks lol .. falling of waggon not crime just means ur humen xx

be my pleasure and there yummy .
250g chopped dates
100g roast/salty peanuts
1/2 tsp vanilla or natural pod one
4 tablespoon coco powder (you can get suger free on ebay)
1/2 tablespoon cocnut oil
combine all in food prosseser or in my case i dont have one so used hand blender roll into balls and chill
melt some high dark coco choccy roll balls in and chill ..

bounty bars
200g desicted cocnut
100ml of double cream
7g splenda
70g butter
100g dark choc i use lidis at 79p

mix coconut with splenda
in a pan add cream and butter dont boil it just warm until butter melts
conbine with cocnut roll into balls and chill in frige
melt choc then roll balls in and cool
enjoy
i have these regular and in moderation and make nice treat at weekend when the world gets to pig out :( but us xx
