I've lost mine.

I last saw it at London City airport when it showed >12000, which is a bit odd as I've not really walked anywhere today.

Probably left it on a train or something

Anyway, ran 9.5km today

I haven't got over 6000 all week but the weather forecast for East Anglia looks great for tomorrow.

I'm South Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire border Middle of nowhere between Spalding and Peterborough.

It does not make for wonderful country walks though.
 
18.5km in 1hr 40, BG bouncing along the bottom all the way.

Lawn mowing, veg planting and rugby watching this afternoon.

Got some friends up that way, near Market Deeping. I've got a race at Grimsthorpe later this year as well.

I try to do a 12000-step walk daily..... Yesterday I wore my ped for most of the day - the grand total was 20024.
Today was a slow day ... well it's Sunday .... and it was raining :( .... only 14026 so far.
 
Average around 7000 steps most days, but can be up as far as 16000 on a Saturday or Sunday. A quiet day today though and only 10684 steps.
 
7752 today.

Had a hot stone massage and a facial though, and spent an hour and a half on the car so really it's a miracle I took any steps at all!
