Requesting the pleasure of your company at the 5k parkrun at Oak Hill Park in East Barnet on the 10th May. Team Blood Glucose (TeamBG) will be there and will be on hand to offer support, encouragement, and advice. A great opportunity to meet others from the diabetes community and to share your training tips around diabetes and exercise. A no pressure 5k walk / jog / run with emphasis on the fun, followed by a well earned brew and chat in the local park cafe to finish! Do come on down and join us. Saturday 10May 9am.
Best thing - it's Free!
Go to www.teambloodglucose.com for full details.

Have you BEEN to Scotland?!? I'm not sure which muppet thought the beach was a good spot for a park run....

I'll be there with you in spirit though anyway. Walking around Disney land in Florida :)

pffft so disney land holiday takes priority over our parkrun? its only tropical weather, amazing food, incredible theme parks and generally once in a lifetime experiences... what are you thinking? you could be running a parkrun in north london in the rain

No I don't know what that is?

This is my fourth trip, but a 1st for the rest I'm going with. Niece is 3 and I'm so looking forward to seeing her face. Got Disney, universal, seaworld and Busch gardens planned so far!

Apparently there's a Disney Land Marathon.... That's the only way is ever sign up to one lol

Looking forward to the weekend - forecast isn't great for the Oak Hill parkrun, but that shouldn't dampen spirits!
