My name is Andy Scales. I am about to publish my first book, a book that was inspired by my dad's battle with diabetes.
The book is titled Get Hard, Stay Hard - Naturally. It will be published in July, 2014.

My dad lost one leg below the knee, and was in a wheelchair his last few years. Knowing that diabetes is a family thing sometimes I decided to stay healthy as much as possible, and research how to stay healthy mainly through diet, exercise, and natural supplements. So far, so good!

I want to help men with ED to find natural solutions. 1 out of 10 men have diabetes, and HALF of them suffer some level of ED.

The first time I couldn't get hard for sex it was devastating. I started researching everything I could about ED and what chemical pathways in the body support a man to get an erection. I found some hard science to back up how we can FEED some of these chemical pathways. I also found out how kegels, or PC exercises help 50% of men improve their hardness.

I am new to this board.

My Mission is to help men with ED issues find solutions.
There are natural supplements and exercises that can help ALOT with ED, and science backs that statement up.
I have started a blog to educate men about all of this.

LOL, almost forgot. I love great coffee and craft beer. I eat mostly a Paleo diet and it works well for me.
