Help! I have so much weight to lose

I think you are all fab! And OCD, amusing, witty, entertaining, honest and ... tomorrow I will be weighing myself naked! That will mean at least 6ozs lighter with no nightie!
 
I always weigh myself naked too and I go to the loo first! However I find that I get heavier as the day goes on.

Zand I can understand why you put a stone and coins in your pockets but I would never have thought of it myself!

Does anyone know about blood groups? Like can an A+ mother and an O- father produce an offspring with B- blood ?

Had mine today. Remember it looks at last 2-3 months so it may not be as bad as you think. Fingers crossed xx

Diagnosed prediabetic Easter 2014. Just left to get on with it, no guidance or help from GP. Every day I'm learning something new.

Don't think so Zand, just googled and it seems A plus O can only produce A or O. For B at least one parent has to be B or AB.
 
I have to weigh myself in PJs because the weighing machine is in the kitchen downstairs (hard floor) and I wouldn't want to frighten the neighbours.

yes that's what I thought it meant. So we are having a few problems here because our son gave blood a couple of weeks ago and has been told he is B-.........So one of us must have been told the wrong blood type.......Believe me that really is the only explanation......
