Help! I have so much weight to lose

Yes you are right Indy, it is mostly anxiety/stress. It's just today that I have felt that I am starting to become depressed as well. I would like 2 members of my family to have blood tests, that would help me no end, but they don't want to do this. I am going to pick out a few jobs that need doing and concentrate on those and not worry about what I can't manage to do. I did this yesterday and felt much better because I had achieved something.
Ohh Zand! Big hug! Can we do anything to help?

we have just come back from tour de France land...Leyburn in north Yorkshire. We have been persuaded to go back next week end and have left the caravan there. We are trying to persuade the boys that it could be a once in a lifetime experience!

I will read back the thread later and respond if necessary:)
Did someone mention caravan?

yes me! husband has decided that as the caravan is in Leyburn for the week he might as well use it Tuesday-Thursday as that is where he is working and has a 45 mile drive each way. As long as he isn't getting too used to the single life! this means I have to walk the dog at 6 o'clock for two mornings. I am so not a morning person unlike you Zand!

I'm not sure I'm a morning person anymore either! I have to drag myself out of bed nowadays .

My husband works 150 miles from home, so he drives there in our campervan on Monday, lives in it on a farm and drives home on a Friday. The contract was only meant to be temporary, but he's done this for just over 3 years now. It's not all bad though. We appreciate our time together more and the house stays tidy while he's away! ;)

That is too far to do daily, it takes my husband 1 hour 10 minutes to get there/back as most of it is up the A1. It is a lovely school and he says that more than makes up for the drive.
