Sansburys........are you French? Or is it the red wine? Lol!

Well we each had a very large Merlot at the pub and then shared a bottle of Languedoc over dinner. A bit pi$$ed at the moment TBH, but dinner +2 still only 5.8 lol

Walked for 45 mins this morning....mornings are getting really dark now, I can't go out as early.:( So today I am going to try to work out my working/shirking ratio. I don't expect to be recording my results here though...way too embarrassing.

Morning Zand! Am going for walk today! Determined to make most of school hols and am going for walk. Despite 21/2 hours exercise have gained 2lbs in night! Always seems to happen after I've had lentils although I think it's water retention! €$%{<$¥*!!!! Water retention!

Morning Scandi! Today I am going to try to start sorting my life out!:) **** water retention huh?...well I hope it all goes away for you very soon so that you're all skinny and I'm even more jealous.

Well I was supposed to spend yesterday getting ready to car boot our junk! Never done one before and hubbie persuaded me to go out so I've put the bags of clothes downstairs. Really want rid of them but seems silly to take them down the charity shop when I could make some money out of them. Still at least I can spend this week going through the cupboards. We can take all that junk too. I have decided that anything left over is going to the charity shop!

Oh, yes the car boot sale...did one a couple of years ago. Good idea to do another, ta.

Well after 2 and a half weeks I have to go to work tomorrow :( :( .
Don't want to but alas needs must.
Mortage will be paid of in 22 months so might be able to go part time then.

Have told lunchtime walking buddy to remember her trainers lol

Zand, I know this is off topic but did you have a float? If so, how much?

Yes we did. I can't remember how much. I would think I would have taken change for a £20 note just in case I needed it. But actual float was probably about £10 in change as well.....as an ex bank cashier I like things like floats and cash tins!

I know. We are ploughing a small fortune into it every month because we were stung by the endowment fiasco and added a bit more on years ago to clear our feet.
22months and I will be debt free :)

Were going to go to one up the road and Suss it out. What they charge and so forth. Will mostly have clothes and am considering buying a rail from Argos for £9!

Its my dream Scandi. I even took my new car on the options type set up so that its not debt its more like renting lol

No back pain first thing in the morning for the first time in nearly a week :). Still trying to work out how I did it - could even have been something silly like bending over to do a shoelace up whilst out walking.

I was posting something on another thread yesterday and I mentioned that when I was at school we had 3 reports a year, one each term, but that I only delivered one a year to my parents. So that meant I only had to work for a third of the time. So I might have worked out why it is so hard for me to stick to daily exercise, maybe I need to rest for 2/3 of the time, huh? So I have forced myself to do 2 more x 10 minute walks today. It really is hard trying to be a little bit more like everyone else. Sunday is a day of rest, right?

Well done Scandi and Pollylocks, you put me to shame....again.
If i remember correctly, when you first started out here, you were doing very lengthy distances. I recognise your nature in my own psychy, all out then burn out. Since being diagnosed I have controlled this trait to some extent. My friends and colleagues may disagree but relatively speaking I have managed to contain some of by obsessive behaviour.
Be happy with your few minutes a day and don't compare what you are doing with what others are doing. Some of these threads are a double edged sword. They're super for encouraging us all but they have the propensity to make some feel they aren't doing as well as others. You're doing great Zand!! And you're a great cheer leader for others too!

Well, you did your 40 mins plus, so the day is yours to do as you wish. I am just thinking about starting.
