Room 101 (like the TV prog)

That's easy; there's more than one hoover, and the one she borrowed is in a part of the house not used all that much, and hardly ever when I'm on my own.

I know someone would think me a slovenly madame. Hey ho.
I'm more wondering about just how big your house is? :)

It isn't the secret entrance it is room 101 and the hoover was rescued by @AndBreathe 's neighbour for the good of us all as carpet beaters are hard work

:wideyed:

I'm shocked folks, shocked I say!
Been sitting here wracking my brain for something else to nominate for 101 - and I can't think of anything!

I know, it's early on a Sunday morning, so the day has barely cracked a gleam... but it is still odd. Am I mellowing in my old age? Hardly seems likely, does it?

Note to self: increase crabbiness and be more vigilant. Trust no one. Assume they deserve 101 until they prove (in triplicate) their innocence (and even then, keep a weather eye on them).

That's better. Back to normal. :couchpotato:

Well here's one ....what about those dumb people (my ex husband for a start) who think the answer to depression is to 'wake up to yourself, what the hell have you got to be depressed about?' Being married to him for nigh on 20 years for a start!

But you woke up?
He is your ex, so hope you have stopped being 'sleepy'.

I nominate Spanish red wine. Making my mouth raw.

Mind you, it probably went in 101 ages ago, as it comes in the ****** present fro sister in law category.

It's in. Unless you want to use it for cooking...?

I would happily chuck all alcohol in (don't like the taste, and drunks are soooo boooooring). But I realise it might be a bridge too far for the rest of you. :woot:

I vote alcohol goes in. I can't have a drink with the codeine and the lack of crutch coordination that will result at the moment. It's very annoying :(

I was going to reply saying something other than this regarding crutch control, but decided not to :D

Never mind, @MrsB, it won't be forever :) . How are you generally ?

Don't think I'll be needing proper crutch control for at least a couple of months ;)

Leg hurts less today than yesterday so I'm feeling pretty positive actually. It could have been worse lol

No, no, no? Alcohol, in moderate amount, and codeine are the only substances that give pain relief and allow me to get some sleep. Don't care what it does to my crutch!

Or my wheelchair!

I don't get drunk, but I think teetotallers and other pleasure dodgers should go in!
