Enjoy your holiday. I love that part of the world ( being as come from North East).check out the second hand bookshop in Alnwick at the old railway station. It has a train set thing running round it and I seem to recall that you do modelling.

So I got back on my bike and did another 21 minutes so I did 37 minutes in total. I'm sure the endless loading washer, sorting washing etc can make up the extra three minutes.

I've done my 40 minutes walk today and I don't even feel like going back to bed.:)
Very impressed with the new you! So glad you are feeling better this week . I am going to have my first real shower since 13th August . Just seen my scar for the first time not nice !

It will fade Connie. Yes the new me......well it's the new tablets that impress me! :woot:

Been to the pool, 40 mins non-stop swimming. It was not easy!

Well done everyone on the effort. It's not always easy but we do all keep trying which is great.

Did my 40 minutes on bike and some hoovering and cleaning in junior's bedroom now he has popped back to his uni house for a bit. I've to venture under bed next which I couldn't face today. Boys!

I used to walk to Beamish when I was young , never paid lol . Used to just walk in ..long time ago. The Stables restaurant is nice there.
Cragside is a must , its great.
My sister is at her cottage in Belford (just off A1) this week.

Had a lovely walk this evening . Up the hills around my house. Veiws of Arran and lots of green fields , , honest it can't be beat.
Saw 2 rabbits, a mouse and a robin. Happy days.

....40 minute walk all done today, ten minutes with the twistboard and that old standby, skipping....thought of getting a hula hoop but they're fifteen quid at Argos and hmmmmph I don't want to pay that out for a tube of plastic, so I may have to use a virtual one like you @Pipp

Well done to you too.

Cleaning son's bedroom is a marathon task.

Sure I have seen hula hoops cheaper than that. Trying hard to remember where, as I don't venture to shops that often. Still won't get a cheaper one than my invisible model, and mine doesn't drop to the floor all the time either.

Will do, thanks for the heads up!

Did a recce by car today, up to Berwick via Morpeth and Wooler, walked around Berwick for a couple of hours, then drove down the coast via Bamburgh and Craster. Walked along to Dunstanburgh Castle and back.

Here's a few snaps so far ...

Did a 50 minute walk this morning, it's a beautiful day. Said 'Hello' to my old doctor who was jogging.

Where are you all?

I went back to the pool today. 20 mins swimming, and 45 mins aquafit.

I will go to a different pool tomorrow. It has a gym. Going to look through the door to the gym.

Sanguine that brings back loads of memories.
The Alnwick bookshop is great I agree.
If you see a man and woman with 2 crazy dogs who they can't control its probably my sister lol.
Did you get a crab from Craster?

Hi I got stuck in work until 6.30.
Was wondering what activity I was going to do when my husband said he was going to drive up a hill somewhere and take photos of the super moon...sanguine that wll be good in Corbridge.
So I went with him. He played David Bailey with the moon and I walked up and dow the same short bit of road for 40 minutes. Gentle activity tonight but still moved. It wa scary up there but peaceful.

I'm here, fairly lazy day today, walked a bit around Blanchland and Corbridge, tomorrow off to the birds of prey centre at Kielder.
