I'm sure there's more.
Open Reach are having a nationwide maintenance event between 10pm and 6 am.
They don't say what exactly it is other than it's nation wide.
Your connection may slow down or even cut off now and again.
So ... it's not you ... it's them.
 
I'm going to bed in a minute anyway. I've been exhausted all day.

Yeah mine was a bit odd too last mnight ... maybe they were getting the manhole covers off and banging ladders against poles in advance ....

i hope it dosent go down before i have chance to tell you this, the next weeks lottery numbers are
 
laughs was in bed early so had no affect on me thank goodness
 
Thankfully my cable connection works regardless of what BT/Open Reach do, and its faster too ;)
 
I had no issues whatsoever last night-I'm on fibre optic though so don't know if that made a difference.
 
From all the problems my mate has had with BT open reach, slow service is nothing new
