Glad your feeling better. Maybe you have passed your cold to meI was at 6,0 mmol on waking up but this dropped to 5,2 before breakfast following my morning 5km walk.
It felt good to be out there walking again, as my cold seems to be a lot better.
Have a great day.

Wonder what came first Ally the chicken or the egg. Where you feeling unwell because your levels were so high or where your levels high because you were not well?I am not going to put a "like" ally - keep vigilant today and watch how you go. Let me know what happens post-donation please Maxwell, I am at books donors on Tuesday for first time since diagnosis so am curious what it does to our levels! Think I will be taking my own "snack" though and not partake in their "tea and biscuits" !!4.6 again this morning. I am giving blood later today so it will be interesting to see if this makes any difference to tomorrow's reading.
