5.1 anything in the fives is acceptable for me, so happy enough.

Still dark outside, must admit I don't like going to and coming home from work in the dark, guess at my age
I should be used to it, but no.

Anyhow people it's POETS day, enjoy.

New expression for me, had a good laugh. [ "pissing off early, tomorrow is Saturday"]

A rather respectable 5.8 mmol/l for me but not been eating too good last 24 hrs due to jaw pain, got dentist today to check jaw joint as it pops and creaks a lot mmm

89mg/dl or 4,9 mmol/l after not the best of night's sleeps.

I woke up at 2:30 am and have not been able to go back to sleep.feeling too tired to go for my walk now.
Pavlovsn, which units do you prefer, mg/dl or mmol/l ? I must admit it took of a lot of getting used to when they changed HbA1c from a percentage to mmol/mol.

6.4 pre meal and as usual, 20 minutes strong walking and post meal, 5.1.. another one for the doc to think about.

Taken up yoga and I ain't the best student :)

7.8 this morning... think this raise is my fault as I was forced against my will to eat banana's and cream last night lol
8.3 before breakfast :)

Seems that your muscles are very efficient glucose receptors. Thats a drop of 23.4 mg/dl in only 20 mins, fantastic.

4.6 preprandial last night (I had just walked 40 mins to the hotel) but 6.3 this morning (retested to confirm) :banghead:

Oi @Bluetit1802 have you been sending me something ;)

Not feeling good at all
Have had all figures of 6+ no change in diet or anything
Struggling with real bad cold and throat
I dont know if it is coz i am unwell or the meter whatever it is its not nice
7 after dinner
6 before dinner
6.2 fasting
Never seen such high figures except in first few initial days

In Cyprus we still use mg/dl for glucose counts and % for hbA1c. My meter gives results in mg/dl and it is still easier for me to think in terms of these units. Makes for some easy to remember personal targets as well

-Pre prandial - under 100mg/dl
-Post prandial 1 hr - under 140 mg/dl
-Post prandial 2hr - preferably under 120 mg/dl but not concerned as long as under 140 mg/dl

These correspond to 5.6, 6.7 and7.8 in mmol/l. Not quite as easy to remember.

I convert to mmol when posting on this forum to avoid confusion, but it is not what I naturally think in terms of. It is a bit like thinking in one language and having to write in another.

So I prefer mg/dl because it is more familiar to me.
