To save some money look elsewhere for your supplies as H&B are very expensive compared to supermarkets and other independent health food stores.
Eggs are needs for starters :)

Oh eggs are the least of my worries, two free range supply @ either end of my road

Almond flour is very expensive so do a web search to see the cheapest source. If baking cakes then just not adding any sugar and using sweeteners and natural fruit and nuts is a lower-cost compromise; don't even think about icing...

desiccated coconut substitutes for coconut flour and likewise ground almonds for me, I think the almond and coconut flours have fats/oils removed,,I think it's better to keep the fats
chickpea flour
chickpeas and lentils beans and peas
I found flax an acquired taste

What did you end up buying?

If I had seen this thread in time, I would have suggested stuff like

Oat bran
psyllium husks
Double cream
Vanilla essence
Butter, salted and non
Coconut butter
Cream cheese

Check out this thread, and just follow your drool ;)
