One week into the "Avocado's sort of 5:2 not fasting or counting calories, but avoiding dairy and nuts - apart from coconuts because I keep forgetting they're nuts diet" (patent pending). It seems to have shocked my metabolism as I have lost 5 pounds
Might have been a fluke, but I'll keep doing it this month and see how it goes. Mondays and Thursdays, so today was a "diet" day.
