Blood Sugar in High 20's and GP not helping, please advise

Your levels are dangerous and require immediate attention.
If you have no transport then ring for an ambulance.

Hi Scottie, If you feel that you want to do the group thing to help you lose weight you might like to try Weight Watchers, as I saw an ad of theirs a couple of days ago detailing the different sorts of diet they use now and apparently they even do a low carb one now so you could go down the low carb-higher fat route to help with the blood sugars as well as weight loss.

Good luck whatever you decide, and please let us all know how you are won't you.

@scottie1

Your levels are way too high. Dangerously so. You need to go to A&E or a walk in centre...

I haven't read the rest of the thread but levels in the 30s are far too high. Please, if you are frightened of phoning 999 then phone 111 and tell someone who can react.

Scottie, how are you feeling now?
Are you on your own?
Please let us know.
Worried milly

Or possibly (hopefully) she's doing what we recommended.

I have to go now. Scottie if your still reading this. I think you need to take action.
There are people that can help you, just ask.
