BS readings

4.6 before walk
4.6 after walk and before lunch
4.8 2hrs after lunch...

Hi Kezzer, how did you manage such low numbers and how long it took you to get there? I am having 4.5 to 5.5 before meals, but my mornings remain 5.2 to 6.5, and, are you overweight?

Hiya, yes I am overweight, I have around 3 stone to loose. It has taken me around 5 months to get to the place I am now - and I've done that by following a LCHF diet and taking the advice of all the wonderful and knowledgable people on here. I don't always have such low figures, but today I made a diet change and that most likely helped. Your figures by the way are also really good...

Thank you. It gives me hope that I can bring this down even more into normal non diabetic levels :), I have a lot of weight to loose, but I already managed to bring down the BG's from 24.6 in january into my 5's... absolutely no carbs though... or I go up into 7,s...
 
5.8 pre dinner
Roast pork, carrots ,cauliflower and 1 very small roast potato and it was yum
7.1 at 2 hours later
 
5.1 pre dinner
5.2 after 2 hours.

Dinner: 1 sausage, and some tomato, avocado, onion and coriander salsa.
 
Pre-dinner = 3.2
Post-dinner = 5.8

Double sweet dish. Had some cream and blueberries and then a 9 bar. Felt I had the scope to treat myself with a 3.2 reading.

5.3. Or 5.6 post breakfast / pre lunch depending on which batch I used.
Post 5.6 (44) or 5.1 (26) the latter seems more likely as I can feel my levels dropping
4pm 5.2
Pre dinner 4.7 (both batches)
No post as hopefully I'll be asleep by then.

Mixed results today

4.9 before breakfast
7.8 after (thanks liver)

5.3 before walk
4.9 after walk and before lunch
5.5 after lunch
 
FBG: 5.6
BG after breakfast: 5.6
BG before lunch: 4.8
BG after lunch: 4.6
BG after 40min brisk walk: 4.6

Its my second day on mostly under 5's :D
 
Something is going drastically wrong with my levels.

These are my "befores" and what I would normally see:

last night bedtime 5.7 (5.3)
fasting 6.0 (5.5)
before lunch 6.3 (5.5)
before tea 5.9 (5.0 or 4's)

Obviously because I start high I finish high BUT the post meal increases have been either normal or lower than normal.

Any suggestions? No change in routine.
 
Good news and hope it's even better come this week :)

I had mine examined last year for the first time ..... an amazing procedure to say the least
Hi mike they called today with results of mri... They have found a tumour , now have to go in for biopsy next wed to see what sort it is , ::((
