2014/15 Football Season

Anybody hoping for a big signing on deadline day?

It's usually fun!
 
Blackburn Rovers fan here hi all , don't get much time to go Ewood these days, spent half my life in Spain. Always get asked "who do you support in Spain", answer "nobody!"

To give you an idea of football "fans" here in Spain, they always "support" two teams....theirs and either R Madrid or Barca. . So when I say my club is 2nd tier, they ask "and who do you support in the premier" Oh, and they only like sport if someone Spanish is winning.... :)
 
Rovers have a huge game against.st Carlisle tomorrow.
A win would make us comfortably placed in the bottom half of the league table.
A draw or a defeat would squeeze up the team's even more. C'mon Rovers!

Derbies both Merseyside and London usual boring draws. Hammers to lose to utd (Just to keep on @semiphonic good side!).

Terriers to get result and Leeds to draw.
 
Well finally I've managed to get onto this thread!!!! It's taken forever, I don't know what's wrong with my profile here, but it doesn't work properly anymore. :(

I wanted to post this parody. It's mostly relevant to Crystal Palace fans, but Arsenal too.

Thanks Nosher i hope you are right we need all 3 points at Millwall today and Leeds well as long as we can keep em below us theres not a problem lol
 
Get in there we won 1-3 despite having Nahki sent off.Thats a damned good result and now we got a battle with Wolves on Tuesday night and Leaders Bournemouth next Saturday.

Leeds also lost that keeps em 5 points behind us and staring the drop zone in the face.
 
We shot ourselves in the foot and deserved to get beat.
Can we do it, our home from is still poor, can we rely on our away from?

Got 1 or 2 of my predictions wrong but I did say the derby would be boring,!
 
Well, Saints left it a bit late yesterday, but 3 points is three points, even if they arrive in the third minute of stoppage time. A good thing that Mané is back from the Africa Cup of Nations. Excellent goal, when it finally arrived.

Come on Wet Spam! It would be helpful if you could clobber Man U today, and I'm sure you can ...... :D
 
Well, I've got to be honest, I wasn't being entirely serious when I suggested that the Hammers should pile the pain on Man U, but they've only gone and held them to a draw!

Great stuff, guys, though I'm afraid you will probably find Wednesday evening more of a trial.... :)

Here we go again, midweek fixtures.
Rogers are away at Newport tonight, expecting a better p e performance. A Draw is what I think will be the result. Praying for a sneaky away win.

My predictions,
All our teams are going to get beat!!

That will please a few on here, ha!

Well we blew a lead again! But I would have taken a draw before play.

Only the terriers let us down. Unless you're a Villa fan.

Yeah we got hammered 1-4 :( not happy with that one i can tell you.7 points is not a comfortable cushion especially as we got super Bournemouth on Saturday a point there would be a good result but i fear they will trounce us.Leeds went and won and so did Millwall.Kinda puts Millwall in a great position to escape the relegation now.Looking like Blackpool and Wigan are doomed.16 matches to go.Gunna be an interesting run in.

Interested to know how did we let you down Nosher ?

Believe, the terrier let me down, I predicted the team's that are regular posters back either won or drew,
Only your lot let me down. I did say that we would all get beat. Ha!
 
Rovers are in a place that either a couple of wins would remedy or a couple of losses would put us right in the mire. Big game v York on Saturday, hopefully they continue their home from and we can pick up a win.
