Do you have a hobby thats turned into a passion?

Yes  blushing now :joyful: it's one of mine. I based it on a passion flower. I liked it but it was too heavy for me due to my syrinx and spinal cord injury. I gave it to a friend.
Keep thinking of making myself a lighter one, but never seem to get time
I know what you mean, I never really wear jewellery, it usually gets given away, to friends or charity. Mostly, for dog charities, when they have auctions :singing:
Thanks for the kind compliments, made my day x :headphone:
You're welcome. It's lovely that you give them away to charities, I bet they make lots of money from your treasures.
P.s. Would you like a new friend :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

I enjoy my photography.

Also enjoyed it and my Grandad was very much in to it when I was younger. In the last couple of years I have really moved it on a fair bit, did a couple of courses. I now do quite a lot of portrait shoots for people I know, did a wedding about 18 months ago with another this month and doing two newborn shoots this year  That could be interesting!

Probably should be what I spend my days doing but at the same time that would take it away from being a hobby.

I've been doing a couple of Project 52s this year which is a real challenge. My avatar was for one of these for the red week.

My hobby became my passion and eventually five kids and six grandchildren!

Beat stamp collecting.

I know that I treading on thin ground here as I don't believe it's a hobby.

My passion, my sin, my love, except obviously my loving family is football.

Since playing as a kid to an adult! Watching professional football live (and on telly) for the past 50 years (and more). I have been coaching for nearly 20 years. I have been following my local club and I hardly ever miss a home game. My son's and grandkids all join me on match days.

It is now my only sin! I don't drink, don't smoke and have to have something to do or I'd probably end up in trouble!

I know that this thread is for something more sedate but it is my passion and also th ed best game in the world! No matter what anyone says!!
I think its a lovely passion that will give your family lots of lovely memories. 3 generations all enjoying quality time together.

Yep, my own designs always. That's the best bit, the challenge of creating and making it work how I want it to. Just decide what you want to do, then sit down with the beads and experiment, until you get where you want to. You'd get there ;)
I've had my work in mags, exhibited etc at bead fairs and done demo's etc..
I have a traumatic brain injury and had shattered hands in an accident... so If I can do it?
You'd find it a breeze :)
Sorry for the late reply, you have certainly inspired me to have a go at designing my own work. I think its just getting started as occasionally I have had a lightbulb moment and created something off my own bat, nothing as magnificent as yours though.

So how do the wine glasses get in the bottom? We get 5 pallets a week, every week for cutting up into free wood for our wood burner... Fruit n veg place have to pay to have their pallets away and are more than happy for us to take them. Just cant see how the wine bottles and glasses are in place??

My husband would love that! He does love his red wine, says its healthy, hmmm that'll be why he has a very dodgy ticker with an internal defibrillator implanted in his chest then. He must have drank gallons of the stuff over the years.

I must own up the pallet isn't a creation of mine just something someone knocked up at home in this craze of up cycling.
