You need to change your way of thinking. Think of cereal as a bowl of white sugar. Would you still eat it? Carb turns into sugar when you eat it and is released into bloodstream, generating insulin. Thanks Scandichic you're experience is amazing and I'd be proud of myself if I'm in a similar situation this time next year.
I have about 6 stone to lose. I know this week I've lost loads, probably cos I'm not eating much at all, mainly because I'm not sure what to eat, breakfast is hardest for me.....I'm thinking as a type - I miss my weetabix and raisins![]()
Try bacon, kippers, 97% meat sausages with eggs in any format and mushrooms, tomatoes.
Or plain full fat Greek yoghurt with berries mixed in.
Or scrambled eggs made with double cream and smoked salmon.
Or cold meat and cheese.
